ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
Before starting to write the first lines of code, based on previously provided documents
and analysis of customers existing technology, our analysis and design team will
decide which technology to use, will design software architecture, perform translation
of business analysis into technical solutions, and will develop data model on which
basis many other functions will be implemented.
Working in several areas, stating from Technical analysis and architecture, Business
Data modeling, Physical Data modeling, Functional Feature set, and User Interface
design, all necessary documentation for given project will be distributed in parallel
to both development and Quality assurance teams. First for developments, second
one for beginning Quality Assurance phase through which we will assure high quality
of the projects and reduce cost of project development, implementation, and post-production,
by identifying critical gaps already in the early stages of software lifecycle.
