SUPPORT

After our products are implemented at your site, you will receive support on any issues related to our products. Several levels of support can be provided to you. All our customers will be registered for at least e-mail support, without any additional charge. Improved levels of support may include telephone support, 24 hours support, on-site consulting etc.

All support requests are handled in a reasonable manner, ensuring that every customer, regardless which level or type of support is registered, will receive a support case number and answer within a reasonable time. Depending on the type of support, prioritising of support cases and response time may vary.

Besides support for our products, Soprex provide Support service package for other products and infrastructure you might have on your site. Additional services that Soprex can provide to you are listed in our "Products and Service" section.
